退款政策

If items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days upon delivery and provide photos for verification. We offer replacement or partial refund for defective products.

Return shipping cost to China shall be borne by the buyer. We do not offer free returns for change‑of‑mind orders. All returned items must be unused and kept in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
